Endometriosis affects many women and yet the disease often goes unrecognized for a long time. In the first part of this seminar, we would like to inform you about the medical basics and current treatment options.

A particular focus will be on what every affected woman can do herself to better deal with the pain and the effects in everyday life.

The second part of this seminar will be dedicated to the topic of self-help and the possibilities of regaining more control and quality of life.
