The voice plays an important role in balancing our central nervous system and therefore our body. In this workshop, we will explore our own voice in a playful way. In addition to humming, sounding and improvising, we will reflect on what role the voice plays in our own lives and what role it should ideally play. We will also try out easy pieces. In the workshop, we will experience how the voice can help us to feel joy, to become healthy and to stay healthy!
