Specialist workshop

In the web: thinking & shaping solidarity-based cultural work

The framework conditions for culture and cultural policy are changing. Political and social changes are presenting actors with new challenges.

How can the interests of cultural actors be realized in this new reality? How can the cultural sector present an increasingly interdisciplinary, networked and solidary face in order to counter political and social developments?

The workshop explores these questions and brings together committed individuals and experts to share knowledge, forge alliances, develop strategies and test new forms of advocacy.

In particular, actors from theater education and production as well as actors from other fields of cultural education and cultural work who (want to) get involved in cultural policy as an association, institution or individual are invited.
