Eröffnungskonzert Bachfest München

In the organizer's words:

100 years of the Munich Bach Festival! The festival builds on the city's great Bach tradition, which established itself as an internationally recognized Bach metropolis thanks in particular to the work of Karl Richter. A diverse program, created by numerous cultural artists from all over Bavaria, contributes to the experience of Johann Sebastian Bach and contemporary music with his work in a variety of formats. The Freiburg Baroque Orchestra together with the Windsbach Boys' Choir and a renowned quartet of soloists will kick off the festive opening concert.
