Dancers of the Urban Arts Ensemble Ruhr

The Urban Arts Ensemble Ruhr invites Bavaria's urban dance scene to compete in various categories and share the stage with the pros. Battles are an essential part of hip-hop culture, test a peaceful, self-effective exchange, enable people to rise above everyday life and exclusion and create a home and expression for a new, diverse and creative generation of female artists. For the first time, a battle will be shown in a Bavarian municipal theater; not as a show, but as a ritual and language, wild, untamed and full of life!
