In the organizer's words:

We invite children and young people and their companions to a varied family film day at the Kulturzentrum Brotfabrik Beuel on December 14, 2025. Admission is free!

The day begins at 11 a.m. in the cinema with an interactive family film concert with short film slapstick comedies, moderated and musically accompanied by Paul Rittel on the cello. We are delighted that he will be performing with us this year!

Afterwards, creative people of all ages can create their own lampshades and other light objects from 35 mm film strips, film reels and craft materials at our film lamp workshop in Studio 3 from 12:30 pm under the guidance of Sonja Hellmann. (No original film will be damaged.) The ideal gift, also to bring colorful light into the dark days!
