As part of the plastic exhibition, we are inviting young and old to a special recycling workshop with the environmental protection organization Blockblocks Cleanup. In a short, exciting introduction, we will take you to our rivers: We'll talk about cleanups on the Rhine, surprising finds and why plastic waste is a real problem for our waters. Then it gets practical: together we recycle collected plastic waste and experience live how new products are created from it. With real recycling machines, lots of aha moments and room for questions, the workshop shows that environmental protection doesn't have to be complicated - it's fun, inspiring and makes you think. An experience to marvel at, join in and pass on.
