FAMILY MATTERS

In the organizer's words:

Spanning two decades and four different time periods, FAMILY MATTERS follows the seemingly ordinary life of a Taiwanese family. Each member faces a life-changing challenge: the older sister searches for her true origins, the mother struggles with artificial insemination, the younger brother secretly cries at midnight and the father desperately tries to change his fate. In order to apply for a tuition waiver, the caring older sister Xiaochun accidentally discovers that she is adopted; before joining the army, the younger brother Xiazai meets Ayuan, a good friend of his father Adong, but discovers the difficult relationship between Ayuan and his mother Aqiu. Xiaochun and Xiazai gradually discover the secrets of their family members.
