Felix Janosa & Rocky Raccoon

The band Rocky Raccoon from Aachen and composer/author Felix Janosa ("Ritter Rost") from Stolberg offer a very special Beatles double feature.

In the first part of the event, Felix Janosa will give a witty tour of Beatles history and read from his Beatles publications "The Beatles, the Universe and the Rest" and "Across The Beatles Universe" . There will of course be Beatles interpretations on the piano and plenty of opportunity for everyone in the audience to sing along.

In the second part of the evening, "Rocky Raccoon" from Aachen will kick off with a four-piece Beatles line-up. Frank Pieper (voc, b), Oliver Spanke (voc, g), Christian Heumann (voc, g) and Tom Engels (voc, dr, bongos) not only bring back the authentic Beatles sound, but also play complex pieces such as "A Day In The Life" in quartet formation, which the Beatles only realized in the studio and never performed live on stage.

At this great Beatles event, not only contemporary witnesses but all Beatles generations are cordially invited to marvel, revel and sing along.
