Once a month, femCONNECT creates a space beyond everyday life. A modern women's space that takes you out of your constant functioning, brings you back to yourself and enables real connection - for more peace and clarity in yourself, your everyday life and your decisions.

Each evening follows a clear flow:

1st impulse - A short introduction to topics such as stress, boundaries, focus or

self-leadership - smart, relevant to everyday life and to the point.

2. somatic practice - body-based methods that bring you into feeling

release tension and are directly effective - even in everyday life.

3. community - a safe space for exchange - open, honest, without pressure.

Connection instead of small talk. Being real instead of poker face.
