Public reading performance by feminist f(R)iction / Finissage of the pop-up pavilion
Saturday, October 25 from 7 p.m.
Location: Alter Markt, 24143 Kiel

From the balcony of the pop-up pavilion, feminist f(R)iction raises its voice. With megaphones, slogans and poetic exclamations - "Grow, spread, resist!" - FLINTA* take up the space and let words oscillate between the balcony and the audience at the Alter Markt. Texts will be read by Anaïs Axtmann, Mellie Broska, Carla Gräschke, Farangis Sawgand and Mia Fyu. In addition, participants in the writing workshops "Dicke Haut" (19.10., 4-7pm) and "Schwellen spreizen" (25.10., 10am-1pm) will have the opportunity to read their texts themselves - or have them read aloud - as part of the reading.

feminist f(R)iction is a performative reading group of performers and authors that emerged in 2025 from Mia Fyu's project 'burning. aimless. unfulfilled. The collective creates a political-poetic space for FLINTA* voices: from poetry and literary texts to letters about desire, resistance and the transformative power of feminist words.

Anyone who wants to listen is very welcome.
Those who dare may also read (aloud) themselves.
