Feministsisches Barcamp Hamburg 2025

In the organizer's words:

Since 2018, the Feminist Barcamp Hamburg has been the place in northern Germany where (aspiring) feminists can network. In the relaxed barcamp format, everyone can offer their own session and each person decides on site which session they would like to attend.

What is it about?

Together we will collect questions and answers on this year's motto "Who cares?". Let's talk about paid and unpaid care work, protection against violence, equal pay, women's health and feminist politics in many sessions, network and make plans. There will be exclusive insights into the exhibition "Care! When love becomes work." and all Barcamp participants will be able to immortalize themselves as part of a collaborative protest embroidery campaign. The evening program (tba!) will then bring you all together again!

All (aspiring) feminists - regardless of gender, profession, age or (social) background - are welcome.

The Barcamp is organized by the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in cooperation with the Museum der Arbeit as part of the exhibition "Care! When love becomes work."

Participation is free of charge, but places are limited. Registration on our website at https://www.fes.de/lnk/fembarcamphh25 is therefore required.
