Fiesta Latina: Musik & Tanz aus Südamerika - Festival der Kulturen 2025

On September 20, the Brazilian restaurant Planeta Sol will be transformed into the beating heart of South America. With typical food, rousing music and the energy of a community celebrating its roots, the band Doña Maria, which organizes the festival, gets the audience moving. "Doña Maria is a six-piece South American band whose rhythms reflect the special culture of the various Latin American countries.

Doña Maria present both well-known and original pieces of music. They spread a lot of fun and good humor - and celebrate music, folklore and life. The band "Gonzo" will also be performing their own compositions by songwriter Gonzalo Aliaga: from nostalgic boleros to lively rhythms, the musician tells of his life experiences far away from his home country of Chile.
