We cordially invite you to a special movie night at 3001 KINO! Together we would like to enjoy popcorn, get into conversation and immerse ourselves in international engagement with an exciting movie.

What happens in the movie?

We are showing the documentary "What remains? - The year abroad in my life". It raises the question: How does voluntary service shape life afterwards? Seven former weltwärts volunteers look back a few years later - with images, stories and feelings from this intense time.

Their perspectives come together: three people from Tanzania and Cameroon who traveled to Europe for the first time and four German volunteers who supported social projects in the Global South. The film opens our eyes to the impact of such encounters - personally, socially and globally.

A touching documentary film by Christian Weinert and Ferdinand Carrière with the kind support of Engagement Global and funding from the BMZ.

Admission is free for you. You can reserve your ticket below and pick it up at the box office of the 3001 KINO on the day of the event at least 20 minutes before the start. Of course, you are also welcome to drop by spontaneously and secure a ticket directly on site.
