Filmfestival Münster 2025: Kurzfilmwettbewerb 1

European Short Film Competition of the Münster 2025 Film Festival - Program 1: The heart of the festival offers a colourful mix of animated films, documentaries and short feature films from 15 different countries. It includes award-winning films from renowned international festivals as well as numerous premieres.

A total of 36 short films between 3 and 30 minutes in length will be shown in six programs. The productions from the years 2024 and 2025 were either made at film schools or independently and are almost all being shown in Münster for the first time. The winner of the Filmwerkstatt Grand Prize, which will be determined by an expert jury, will receive prize money of 3,000 euros.
