Filmpremiere: Können wir mit Geld die Welt verändern?

On November 13, we will be presenting the premiere of the documentary "Can we change the world with money?" as part of the Bonn Filmfair.

The starting point is the question of how we in the region can work towards a fairer future for all. The film sheds light on the founding of Oikocredit's West German support group, its development and the cooperative's 50th anniversary. In exciting dialogues, people who have shaped the association have their say as well as today's fellow campaigners who share the vision. Among others, they include:

• Founding members of the support group

• Fair trade activists, including Kleber Cruz (GEPA), Bettina von Reden (Fairtrade Germany) and FairActivist Mai-Brit Schulte

• Domitila Barros, Miss Germany and committed voice for sustainability

• Staff and volunteers from Oikocredit and the Förderkreis

The premiere will take place on November 13 at 5 pm at Alanus University (Campus 2, seminar room 14). Following the film, there will be an opportunity to talk to filmmaker Thorsten Kleinschmidt and Ulrike Chini, who has played a key role in shaping and growing the association.
