What is death? What paths does grief take? How do we deal with our finiteness? The future may pose questions like these differently - and answer them differently. Thanks to the use of artificial intelligence, it is already possible to revive the deceased virtually. They return as avatars. The bereaved can communicate with them via email or use VR technology to get in touch with them and bring them back to life. The film is on a borderline where it is not clear today where it may be pushed in the future.
