FirmenWanderTag Augsburg

On Tuesday, June 11, 2026, Augsburg will be all about the FirmenWanderTag. The nationwide outdoor team event brings together companies from all sectors and offers the perfect opportunity to leave the daily work routine behind and actively experience nature together.

As a team, you will set off on an approximately 8 km route from Europaplatz through the Siebentischanlagen. The route takes you past the zoo, along the green edge of the city forest to the Lech and finally to the Hochablass. Your well-deserved after-walk chill-out awaits you there in the beer garden of the Schwarze Kiste. The perfect place to arrive together, relax and round off the day in comfort. There will also be a refreshment point about halfway along the route where all participants can recharge their batteries.

The race starts between 14:00 and 17:00 in 15-minute intervals so that it doesn't get too crowded on the course. You will receive your starting documents directly at the start area on FirmenWanderTag.

Moderation and music at the start, a free photo box, medals, team games and a relaxed after-walk chill-out at the finish turn the hike into a team event. The entry fee also includes a ticket for local public transport and a food voucher.

In contrast to traditional company runs, the FirmenWanderTag does not focus on sporting competition, but on a consciously experienced sense of community. Team spirit often falls by the wayside, especially in the day-to-day work of many companies, which is often characterized by tight schedules and hybrid working models. Shared experiences outside this framework are therefore becoming increasingly important. Team events such as the FirmenWanderTag create new connections and strengthen team spirit in the long term.
