FirmenWanderTag Potsdam

On Monday, September 28, 2026, the FirmenWanderTag will return to Potsdam. The nationwide outdoor team event invites companies from all sectors to leave their daily work routine behind and get active together in nature.

The 11 km team hike starts at DAS MINSK Kunsthaus in Potsdam. From there, the route leads to the Brauhausberg, after the Teufelsklause over the large Ravensberg along the nature trail to the Templin forest pool. A refreshment point awaits hikers about halfway along the route.

The race starts between 13:00 and 16:30 in 15-minute intervals so that it doesn't get too crowded along the route. You will receive your starting documents directly at the start area on FirmenWanderTag.

Moderation and music at the start, a free photo box, medals, team games and a relaxed after-walk chill-out at the finish turn the hike into a team event. The entry fee also includes a food voucher for the end of the event.

In contrast to traditional company runs, the FirmenWanderTag does not focus on sporting competition, but on a consciously experienced sense of community. Team spirit often falls by the wayside, especially in the day-to-day work of many companies, which is often characterized by tight schedules and hybrid working models. Shared experiences outside this framework are therefore becoming increasingly important. Team events such as the FirmenWanderTag create new connections and strengthen team spirit in the long term.
