FL!M - Stadtgartenkonzerte am Alten Zoll

Under the name FL!M, five musicians come together to create a shared vision based on the music of the 21st century. With the tools of their trade and the rich treasures of a repertoire of instruments from the oldest traditions, they paint the picture of a tangible utopia: FL!M is political without talking about politics. What looks like a classical ensemble turns out to be a fusion band in the best sense of the word thanks to modern playing styles and clever compositions. The message behind it is clear: Everything must be new! The strength of the ensemble is its versatility. First, harp and bass clarinet in quiet passages invite you to dream and meditate on the carpet of sound, which transforms into a dance floor in the next piece, led by drums and bağlama. Thanks to the high musical level of the players, the audience is taken on a journey through the interplay of exciting arrangements and extensive improvisations.
