Director Gints Zilbalodis ("Away - On Finding Happiness") lets us drift gently into beautiful animal and water worlds in this magnificent story.

No sooner has the little black cat rubbed the sleep from her eyes than she is shocked to discover that a huge flood is burying the old world beneath it. She barely manages to save herself on a sailing boat, where a thieving lemur, a good-natured dog, a sleepy capybara and a proud secretary bird gradually find refuge. They soon realize that their differences are a strength that helps them to face the challenges of the new world together.
