The panel discussion is dedicated to the financing of short films. It is about funding models, production commissions and cooperation between broadcasters, festivals and other institutions. The panel will discuss how creative projects can be sustainably supported, how new financing channels can be developed and how short films can be promoted as artistic works - beyond classic distribution and broadcasting logics.
