About the exhibition Partly furnished, excellent view

How can ephemeral works of art and site-specific installations be preserved for the future? Inspired by the exhibition Partly Furnished, Excellent View, photographer Dirk Rose invites young adults to rediscover the architecture and gardens of Haus Lange and Haus Esters with their cameras.

Under professional guidance, they will create their own photographic interventions, which can later be printed out in museum quality and collected from the KWM. Works and documentation by artists such as Menashe Kadishman, Jan Dibbets and Barry Flanagan provide exciting inspiration.

🔹 Participation: free of charge (museum admission only: €8, reduced €4)
🔹 Cameras can be provided on loan if required
🔹 Results will also be visible in the digital guestbook and in an online gallery

About Dirk Rose
The photographer has been accompanying the Kunstmuseen Krefeld since 2018, documenting exhibitions, performances and works of art. His work operates at the intersection of art, architecture and the culture of remembrance.
