Frauenkreis ✧ Segnung der Weiblichkeit

A circle in which women are allowed to show themselves without having to explain themselves.

Imagine sitting in a circle with women you didn't know two hours ago. One of them starts to talk - something honest, something you would normally keep to yourself.

And instead of advice or judgment, something else happens: the room becomes quiet, attentive, almost gentle. The others simply listen.

You have the quiet feeling of relief: realizing that you are not alone with many things and that you can simply be there as you are.

This is how the afternoons in this special women's circle come about.

Each women's circle has its own theme and unfolds in its own way. Rituals, a guided meditation on the theme and sahring circles accompany the afternoon. Sometimes there is space for free dance and movement, sometimes for a letting go ritual, a balance ritual or a gentle energy exercise. Small symbolic rituals - such as a bottle amulet - can also be part of the circle.

This creates an afternoon in which women get a little closer to themselves and at the same time experience a deep, honest connection in the circle.

The women's circle is limited to a maximum of 10 women so that a safe space can be created.
