An evening for connection and sensuality

On May 6, a space will open up for women who want to inhabit their bodies more consciously.

The Boob Voyage is an invitation not just to look at your breasts, but to experience them as a living part of your sensuality.

What awaits you

Heartspace Opening
We start the evening together in a circle, in a protected space, ♥ everything is welcome, nothing is expected.

Rediscover sensuality
Through mindful, embodied exercises we explore our chest and heart space.

Self-breast massage
In a guided, intuitive practice, we give our breasts attention, tenderness and appreciation. There is the option to try a partner massage, of course only if you feel comfortable with it.

Embodiment & body awareness
Through gentle movement impulses, we invite you to establish a deeper connection to your body. You will learn to feel yourself in a new way, experience more presence in your body and feel safe and comfortable in your own skin.
