A delicious look at everyday life

Frieda goes on a week-long silence seminar, but instead of inner reflection she experiences a series of comical disasters: A goat's cheese breakfast, stomach noises while meditating, shopping stress with fainting dog Bonzo and a sales evening all about eroticism.

In her role as Frieda, Frauke Stehl pokes fun at everyday life with sharp observation, quiet irony and great charm. Whether vacuum cleaner robots, renovation frenzy or sales consultants with a grip - her stories are sometimes absurd, sometimes revealing, always lovingly exaggerated.

"Sprechpause" is a cabaret journey through life between self-optimization, silence and chocolate. With a high recognition value and surprising depth, Frieda manages without any loud slogans, but instead delivers an incredible number of quiet punchlines.
