Lady Di, Edith Piaf, Salma Hayek, Brigitte Macron: most of the visitors to the L'Envol day center for homeless women name themselves after prominent role models. But L'Envol, the only anchor point in their precarious everyday lives, is about to close - not effectively enough, the city council has decided. The social workers Manu, Audrey, Hélène and Angélique have three months to help their protégés get back on their feet. And they are pulling hard. After the city has a tent camp at the sports field evacuated, L'Envol becomes a clandestine shelter in which the caregivers develop their own ways and methods of reintegration with unexpected vigor.
