How does our wastewater actually find its way from the household to the sewage treatment plant? The tour in this part of the exhibition follows the path of the wastewater. Toilet bowls show what doesn't belong in the toilet and why. Curious finds from the sewer clearly show what nevertheless ends up in the wastewater.

Address: Billhorner Deich 2, 20539 Hamburg. The Water Forum does not have parking spaces; public parking is available at Billhorner Deich. Please arrive by bicycle (parking is also only available on the street) or by public transport.

Please note: An identity card or passport must be presented to gain access. The pump house is located on the premises of HAMBURG WASSER. Access is via the reception at Billhorner Deich 2.

Registration: Prior registration is not required. Please allow sufficient time for the walk between Plant Security and WasserForum (we recommend arriving at Billhorner Deich 2 15 minutes before the start of the tour). Meeting point for the guided tour: 1st floor of the WasserForum.
