Nutrition can be quite stressful, everyone tells you something different, and in the end you are left with the feeling that eating has become complicated. In this workshop, I would like to share with you what helps me to rediscover lightness, pleasure and a real body feeling. It's about mindfulness, freedom and joy - in the kitchen, in the body and in the mind.
We start with a brief insight into the basics of Ayurveda - you don't need any prior knowledge. If you like, you can take a dosha test to get to know your own type. We will discuss which foods are good for us, what nourishes us - and how different this can sometimes be.
