In the organizer's words:

Freshly released from prison, cunning real estate fraudster Thomas learns that he has inherited a house from his unknown mother that is worth quite a bit. If he could sell it, nothing would stand in the way of a fresh start in Spain. There's just one catch: his half-brother Roland lives in the house and has lifelong right of residence. Roland is a fan of oldies, weightlifting and sporty convertibles, has a steady job and trisomy 21. From then on, Thomas uses his entire manipulative repertoire to force his unloved roommate out of the house. But Roland proves to be strong-willed and counters Thomas' tactics with courage and passion. Slowly, he wins the heart of his half-brother, who gradually realizes that there is nothing more important in life than a home.
