After this non-binding and free appointment, you decide whether you want to continue and pay the course fee. The number of participants is limited to 10.

The course is aimed at adults with no previous artistic experience who are interested in the creative processing of emotions. It takes place on 10 Tuesdays (see dates below). The course fee is a one-off charge of 45 euros.

Everyone knows that suppressing feelings only helps in the short term at best. It often even exacerbates the problem. One alternative is to become aware of unpleasant feelings, process them artistically and finally let them go. The course "Painting feelings" deals with this process in 4 stages. It begins with a brief introduction to various human emotions and their characteristics. The participants then work together on a feeling. Where in the body can it be felt, how does it feel and what colors could it have? The participants collect ideas and then translate the feeling into art. The focus is not on artistic perfection, but on individual expression (more information can be found on our homepage). The course is led by Eva Henghuber, a passionate amateur artist and experienced course leader.
