Winter has its own way of slowing us down - we see each other less often, stay at home more often and spend too much time in our thoughts.
That's why we simply turn the energy around.

Girls Giving is a cozy brunch, hosted by Girlhood x Balance Studio, for women who crave warmth, connection and honest conversation during the cold season.

We'll spend the late morning and afternoon together - with good food, laughter and moments that ground and inspire you.
You can expect a casual icebreaker game, honest conversations about winter feelings and self-care, and a gentle wellness program to help you reconnect with yourself - physically and mentally.

Your ticket includes:
A seasonal brunch buffet, hot drinks (coffee, tea & more) and access to the wellness program.
