Thuringian FMX athlete Luc Ackermann is one of the world's best freestyle motocross athletes and has won everything there is to win in his sport, from the X Games to the World Championship. In 2023, he presented his own FMX event at Messe Erfurt with GO BIG OR GO HOME - The Extreme Sports Event by Luc Ackermann. Now the freestyle event is entering its second round in Chemnitz. On Saturday, March 7, 2026, many of the world's best extreme sports athletes will once again be coming to Messe Chemnitz to show off the coolest tricks on two wheels.

Freestyle motocross, BMX, MTB and scooter - Luc Ackermann is inviting his friends and teammates to Chemnitz to present a spectacular extreme sports show. Over two and a half hours of fast-paced motorcycle action and MTB/BMX or scooter stunts with crazy tricks over a wide variety of ramps - only GO BIG OR GO HOME offers this in Saxony.

Luc Ackermann invited some of the world's best FMX and MTB/BMX athletes to the first edition in Erfurt: Xpilots winner Filip Podmol, whipmaster Matej Cesak (CZE), X Games winner Dawid Godziek (POL), Davide Rossi (ITA), Marc Pinyol (ESP) and German MTB legend Lukas Knopf. For the second edition in Chemnitz, Luc will once again invite a select field of riders who will guarantee a spectacular evening with front flips, tsunami backflips, 360s, hard attack flips, cash rolls and double backflips. Athletes will compete in the FMX Contest, MTB Step Up, FMX Best Whip and Best Trick.

"Go Big Or Go Home" has been Luc Ackermann's motto for many years. Now the name stands for the most extreme and spectacular motorsport event in Saxony!
