Dennis Hartke spent ten years as an extreme tour guide in the north. His career began on the rugged east coast of Greenland - a region characterized by silence, ice and polar bears. In his impressively illustrated presentation, he takes us to the edge of the world.

Encounters with the Inuit, colourful splashes of flowers in a barren landscape, abandoned military bases, borderline experiences in icy fjords, deep loneliness and everyday life far away from any civilization - these are the contents of a travelogue told from the bottom of his heart that makes an extraordinary bond with an icy land palpable.
