On November 16, Greenpeace Hamburg invites you to another city tour of a special kind :
What is courage? Who has shown courage in Hamburg? In search of inspiring people and small and big courageous deeds, we will visit 4 places in Hamburg . What can we learn from encouraging role models? A culture of remembrance is important, but is not enough on its own to develop a more humane society. - It also takes courage and confidence to be able to act.
We follow in the footsteps of the bookseller Felix Jud, who kept his provocative name despite the anti-Semitism of the time; the musician Fasia, who dedicated her entire life to the fight for peace and a society based on solidarity; from peace initiatives that led to the fall of the Berlin Wall to peace activism today. Our stories show that each of us has an impact on our society. Each and every one of us can stand up for more humanity.
When? On Sunday, 16.11.25 from 11 a.m. to approx. 1 p.m.
Where? Meeting point: In front of the Jud bookshop, Neuer Wall 13, 20354 Hamburg
End point: Greenpeace exhibition, Hongkong Straße 10, 20457 Hamburg
