Hansestadt Humbug

Curtain up for Hansestadt Humbug!

The name stands for our improv group, which gives free rein to its spontaneity and creativity in regular performances. Standing on stage and not knowing what will happen in the upcoming performance? Leave the direction to the audience and adapt to their instructions in a matter of seconds? That is improvisational theater and that is what our Hansestadt Humbug, HaHu for short, lives for.

The actors create scenes according to the audience's instructions that will only happen that evening - without a script, without props and with lots of humor. Various games spur the improvisers on to maximum creativity and provoke laughter from the audience. Everything is accompanied by live piano music (also improvised, of course)!
