Harry Potter und der Stein der Weisen

Harry Potter's (Daniel Radcliffe) life changes abruptly when he learns on his 11th birthday that he is no ordinary boy, but a wizard. Good thing, because now he can finally leave the house of his aunt and uncle, with whom he has lived unloved from an early age. From now on, he attends Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where he is famous for what happened after his birth. He quickly makes friends with Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) and Hermione Granger (Emma Watson) and also gets to know the gigantic Hagrid (Robbie Coltrane). An exciting first school year full of magic awaits, with Harry's first attempts at Quidditch, a ball game played on flying brooms. There is also the question of what the Philosopher's Stone is all about.
