We are delighted to be celebrating our event at Sturmfreie Bude Hamburg! With a view of the Elphi, two beautiful workshop rooms and a large roof terrace, the location offers the perfect setting for a special day full of inspiration and real community vibes.

The Shift - Navigating the Three Tensions of Female Leadership
Bold in Conflict. Balanced in Response.

Conflicts, emotions, inner friction - this keynote shows how women in leadership roles are not tougher, but clearer and more present. The focus is on three central areas of tension in female leadership and new resources such as the nervous system, body intelligence and voice.

Keynote 2:

Between leadership and mental health: two women, two perspectives, one path

As female leaders in the tech and SaaS industry (billbee), we share our experiences from a world that is still heavily male-dominated. We talk about the balance between leadership and mental health, show how we create new spaces for empowerment through flexible models such as the 30-hour week and 100% remote work and give honest insights into our everyday lives.
