HEAR ME OUT | “SUMMER” Release-Konzert

HEAR ME OUT is a queer post-punk band from Bielefeld that mixes its dark indie sound with influences from new wave and punk.

Their debut album "SUMMER" looks from a dystopian future into the present. It tells of solidarity and cohesion, loss of control and destruction. Sometimes the rhythm drives you to revolt, sometimes you lose yourself in spherical climaxes: You can always dance to it.

To coincide with the release, the album will be played live for the first time at Movie Bielefeld on 5.9.2025. It will be supported by double bass and violin, played by two guest musicians from the Bielefeld student chamber orchestra.

Support:
Amber (emo, post-punk) - Somewhere between emo and post-punk, you'll find Amber with shimmering shoegaze guitars, detached bass lines and driving drums. For isolated daydreaming or for getting sweaty in front of the stage.

Aftershow party DJs:
DJ MQ80 (post-punk, synth-punk, minimal, NDW and 80s) - DJ MQ80 will prove to you that unconventional and dark music can also be colorful and absolutely danceable with his set for the after-show party, including classics and current songs from the underground.

Monkey (DnB, post-punk) - The singer from HEAR ME OUT will be back on stage for the after-show party. However, not to sing, but as a DJ. Here she combines her love of electronic drum and bass with dark post-punk influences, without losing any of her energy and excitement.
