HEAT & HEELS - Your dance workshop with fire and safe space 🔥👠

Do you want to feel sensual, confident and free?
In this workshop, you'll learn how to move in a sexy and feminine way - not for others, but for yourself.

What you can expect:
✨ We'll learn part of Girls Club's choreo to "Jingle Bell Rock" and also dance to "Santa Baby" by the Pussycat Dolls
✨ Heels basics crash course: posture, gait, self-confidence - just bring your favorite high heels that you won't slip out of.
✨ Tools & tips on how to feel confident & feminine in high heels
✨ Space for yourself, your movement, your energy

👠 No previous experience is necessary - you are welcome just as you are! Wear sports clothes in which you can move freely and feel comfortable. The high heels should be closed or at least with straps or similar so that you don't slip out.
