In the third lunchtime concert, the Lied duo Roza Herwig and Julius Backer, alumni of the Heidelberger Frühling Liedakademie, will perform a varied program with pieces from their stylistically broad repertoire. Visitors to the Liedakademie master classes and the final concert under the direction of Thomas Hampson will be familiar with the duo: When this young Dutch duo takes to the stage, energy and stage presence are guaranteed. Special guest: Martin Egidi, musician from the festival campus, on the cello.
