On December 7, Heidelberger Melange - an open stage for classical music and more - will transform the Chapel into a place of Advent reflection and inspiration. Between light and sound, the audience can expect a multifaceted concert that will awaken the anticipation of Christmas.

This time there will be many new faces: the acoustic duo of the band "Balsamico" with the Heidelberg singer-songwriter Peter Saueressig, the duo "Violdeon", consisting of Aniko Soltesz-Schaden and Andriy Lisovskyy, will play the unusual combination of violin and accordion and the young multi-instrumentalist Felix "Felixperience" Kalabza will bring along the singer Sarah Masur and spherical synth sounds. The classical piano improviser Richard Heath from Worms makes his Melange debut: spontaneous, virtuoso, touching. The Ukrainian band Sillya contributes Christmas sounds from their homeland. Pianist Stefan Till Schneider brings subtle nuances to life, while Anna Kaiser shows off her versatility in her second performance. Of course, there is one person who should not be missing from the Advent melange: Jörg Beyerlin is back with keyboard magic and poetry.

As always, there will be a sumptuous cake buffet, which will once again raise money for a good cause.
