Let our restaurant team spoil you with a 4-course Christmas Eve menu on December 24th. For starters, you can look forward to wintery pickled salmon, followed by a warming chestnut soup. For the main course, we serve tender veal fillet, which delights with its fine flavor. Finally, a creamy speculoos mousse rounds off the menu. For our vegetarian guests, we offer an equally festive alternative. The menu begins with an aromatic beet tartare, followed by the chestnut soup. For the main course, we serve a creamy pumpkin risotto, before the speculoos mousse rounds off the evening.
