For two years, Christiane Weihe and Mario Münster have been making HEISS HEISS, BABY! - a podcast about the menopause. In it, they talk about the very topic that has not been discussed for far too long. They do so openly, with relish and, above all, informatively. In 19 episodes so far, they have discussed the many facets of the topic: Lifestyle topics such as sport and nutrition, but of course also gynecology, the psyche and, time and again, discussions with authors such as Rabea Weihser, Susanne M. Riedel and Prof. Mandy Mangler on the issue of the role model of women over 45.

She recently published the book "Muttermund tut Wahrheit kund", in which the master of serious nonsense writes her way through chaos, from puerperium to menopause - and ends up somewhere between madness and enlightenment.
