Heppel's POP-UP CHOR

In the organizer's words:

At Münchner Freiheit, people have been singing together in several voices for a while now, as choirmaster Mimi Neumair and composer/pianist Lukas Mario Maier from the choir project "Anchora" invite all singing enthusiasts to "Heppel's POP-UP CHOR". In a relaxed and informal atmosphere, an easy and specially prepared pop choir arrangement will be rehearsed in a playful way. Everyone is welcome to join, because age, previous experience, reading music - none of that matters here.

Almost two years ago, the two young musicians from Freising and Munich tried their hand at this open choir concept for the first time, which has met with a great response from the outset with well over 100 participants regularly taking part. "We really enjoy singing our favorite songs from Queen to Britney Spears together with familiar and unfamiliar faces without any pressure to perform." (Mimi Neumair) Us too :)
