Hippana.Maleta - Inside Juggling

In the organizer's words:

A show like a tracking shot: fast-paced, funny and virtuoso.

The performer Liza van Brakel juggles between the stage and her own image in search of order in the chaos of images. Using camera, object manipulation and live projection, she shifts perceptions and plays with reality.

The clubs are flying, the teacup is still upside down, the pot is spinning - and shards are waiting in the hiding place. Liza van Brakel dares to change perspective: she takes us into the intimate space of the solo and humorously addresses the price and poetry of restless adventurousness and contradictory dreams. Entranced by her own diversity, she finds stability in imbalance and calm in risk.

Inside Juggling is a homage to the discipline - and at the same time an invitation to reflect on the value of "live" and real encounters in a world of constant images and images.
