You have space to try out new things, explore poses and grow into them step by step. At a pleasant 35 °C, we prepare the body for the peak poses with a vinyasa flow. In the warmth, it is easier to allow muscles and fascia to become supple, to deepen the stretch and to grow into new poses step by step. This creates an ideal framework for approaching peak poses playfully and without pressure.
