Journalist, filmmaker (including Y-Kollektiv) and author Hubertus "Hubi" Koch is coming to Weltecho.

Together with you, Hubertus Koch is looking for the beautiful moments in this increasingly ugly world. And yes, the boy is lost and doesn't want to commit himself. Especially not on stage! Because a mere reading is too boring for him, Hubertus Koch combines everything he has done so far in his live program: Book, movie, podcast, stand-up.
Hubi reads from his SPIEGEL bestseller LOST BOY, garnishes this Balkan travel story with photos and videos, shows excerpts from his journalistic films and provides insights into previously unpublished behind-the-scenes material. Life experience and chaos in the mind are the quarry for this live program, which is based on real life and, like it, makes you laugh, cry and brood. It is about self-esteem problems and repressed feelings, about work and burnout, but also about drug excesses, world-weariness and the question of consensus and self-determination. Hubi packs a wide variety of topics into an entertaining 120 minutes and displays a degree of honesty that is hard to find today.
