Documentary railroad theater experience on the steel industry between East and West in the Duisburg-Nord Landscape Park at Blast Furnace 5.

As a "Post-West Special" project, an extraordinary theater experience will make a stop in Duisburg during Impulse. In the 'Ocean Blue Train' by the company "Das Letzte Kleinod", actors provide insights into the background of the steel industry between blast furnaces, locomotives, steel girders and slabs weighing tons. Based on interviews with former workers, the paths of steel are traced: from the Kazakh steppe via the former GDR to the West. A story of fire, foreign exchange and steel that still connects the workers of the former flagship industry between Eisenhüttenstadt and the Ruhr area.

For a special "Post-West" project, actors from "Das Letzte Kleinod" railway theater illuminate the steel industry of the past. Based on interviews with former workers, the steel's journey is reconstructed: from the Kazakh steppes via the former GDR and on to the West. The train will stop in Duisburg.
