IMA - Soul, R'n'B, Hip Hop is her passion

It was clear from an early age that music was the most important thing in IMANTHI GRÄFLICH MONARD's life. In the mornings before school, she preferred playing the piano to eating breakfast.

The musician from Uelzen, affectionately called IMA by friends, family and fans, was born in Colombo (Sri Lanka). She spent the first years of her life in Switzerland and went to school in the Lüneburg Heath. She gave her first solo concert there at the age of 16. Until then, singing was more of a secret passion, but she could no longer avoid it. Her passion and longing for music led her to study at the renowned Hamburg School of Music. She graduated at the age of 20 and has been working as a live and studio musician ever since.

She has performed in various band constellations such as LUNATREE and THE BARTELLOS. She is currently concentrating again on her solo performances on piano and vocals, but recently with a loop station and drum pad.

Soul, R'n'B, hip hop and jazz are her passion, touching and captivating the audience with her great musicality.

Charming and cheeky with a pinch of sarcasm - that's IMA. Her performances are always associated with great closeness and pleasure with the audience. Even though they laugh together, many of her self-written songs often deal with serious topics. Feelings that are tangible to everyone, such as longing and loneliness, as well as complex topics such as paralyzing societal and social structures.

Her music is just as diverse. Piano and vocals that touch with the intimacy of pop ballads, but the loop station can also be used quite confidently. The softness of a song is then quickly transformed by hip-hop style beats and invites you to nod your head.

HOTSTAFF - Northern Germany's coolest disco groove

Step into the colorful glittering world of HOTSTAFF - the lively mega disco band from Lüneburg that will set any dance floor ablaze! With no less than ten band members, this great troupe is more than just one of many cover band ensembles. HOTSTAFF is a collective disco tornado that will send you on an unforgettable journey through the glam era of platform shoes and disco balls.

And HOTSTAFF wouldn't really be HOT if they didn't put you in burning 'Night Fever' with literally their own note(s): the reinterpretation of many celebrated classics is a passionate homage to the past of disco groove - and at the same time an ode to its future. HOTSTAFF give every song a distinctive and handmade touch with a lot of heart and passion!
